Certified ISO 9001 for its international activities since 2002 and for its payment processing activities since 2012, UBCI is also the first bank in Tunisia to have received the AFNOR Certification CSR commitment label in 2022, thanks to its CSR approach implemented since 2012, for which it has received the international “Responsibility Europe” certification.
