Accelerating High-Quality Adaptation Finance

This COP31 side-event intends to provide an overview of adaptation finance needs and climate change adaptation solutions financed by public development banks (including for disaster risk reduction and security systems where possible). It will also present how these needs can be best met by public development banks.
