Over the past year our Initiative conducted a strategic review process that has helped reconfirm and hone our strategic aim to ensure continued value and impact. The Initiative’s 5 Year Strategic Plan revolves around our unique role as a platform gathering public and private financial institutions to share and exchange on tools and experience to mainstream climate change within their operations.
Building on the outcomes of the strategic review, the name of our Initiative has been updated to more clearly reflect what our principal objective is: “Mainstreaming Climate in Financial Institutions”. On Wednesday 3rd November the change in name will become official coinciding with the launch of this new website that has been redesigned to better support the needs of our supporting institutions and partners.
The new website will debut our Climate Mainstreaming Resource Navigator designed to support financial institutions in their mainstreaming journey.
