Overview of climate mainstreaming approach and goals:
The Caisse des Dépôts Group is aiming at carbon neutrality by 2050, in order to contribute to limit global warming to 1.5°C.
Its approach is based on 6 performance levers:
- financing the green transition
- reducing the carbon footprint of its portfolios
- engaging with investee companies and clients to support the transition
- integrating climate risks into its risk management policies
