JICA’s Support for the establishment and implementation of the ‘Bangkok Master Plan on Climate Change 2013-2023’

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) implemented the ‘BMA Action Plan on Global Warming Mitigation 2007-2012’ supported by JICA’s technical cooperation. The plan aimed to reduce Bangkok’s emissions by at least 15% by 2012 compared to the projected business as usual baseline.
